I wake up in the morning, thinking of the newness of the blog. I have something more to do today….and it is refreshing- like a cup of coffee to perk up the day.

I haven’t yet run the blog across to my best half. He usually helps me with the nuances. He is a great cheerleader and guide in my new ventures.

I hope to be able to get my blog navigation skills perfected soon.

Oh, I never said what I am doing and where I am at the moment. Isn’t all that part of blog introductions?

Well, I am based now in Nuernberg, south in Germany, a city in the state of Bavaria. My husband and myself came here on his job, and I’ve been ‘employed’ as a housewife!!!

Actually I quite like my present job, I was working mad and racing against time in my previous job in Bangalore. Work and home was never balanced. Health was not my priority, neither mine nor his. It was work work work, come home and crash……spend the weekend doing all mundane chores and then crash out on Sunday night, wake up yet to another manic Monday!

Here, we’ve had some time to ourselves, enjoyed the place, explored the countryside, had time to keep house, watch health, read, think………………..

We both miss India a lot. Family, friends, familiarity…………masala dosas, madras coffee, made-in-India stuff……..well, c’est la vie!
